Umara U Gluten-Free Energy Bar 無麩質能量棒

Gluten-Free U BAR  is an energy bar based on gluten-free oatmeal that provides a full 30g of carbohydrates. The bar is what we would say, an optibar with its 1:0.8 composition between glucose and fructose and thus as kind to the stomach as possible for a bar. It is naturally flavored with blueberries, which then also gives the dough and then the bar a slightly blue/purple color.

It is very soft in texture and ideal for you as an athlete as it stays soft and easy to chew even in colder weather. There is no chocolate/yoghurt blankets that melt and smudge during hot summer days. To make the bar easier to handle, we include a thin layer of whole gluten-free oatmeal on the outside of the bar. It partly makes it look a little tastier, but it also does a lot for the texture, we're sure you'll love it ;)

How big is U BAR Gluten-Free Blueberry / Apple Cinnamon? 

About 7cm long and 3cm wide and weighs 45g each.

How is the consistency? 

It is soft and very easy to chew, which makes it easy to ingest even at high intensity.

Can it handle cold/heat? 

Yes, it is designed with this in mind and has nothing that smudges when it gets hot.

Is it really gluten free? 

Test value well below 20ppm and produced in a specific environment where gluten is not handled.
