Umara U Gel Screwtop Liquid Energy Gel

U GEL is our Screwtop self-composed energy gel. With a composition of 50/50 between energy and liquid, it is easy-flowing and provides 30g of carbohydrates + electrolytes, with the same stomach-friendly carbohydrate composition of 1:0.8 as U SPORT has.

Available in Lemon, and Grapefruit.

The Grapefruit flavor has 32mg of caffeine, which is an adapted amount of caffeine to maintain the levels in the body when consuming 1-2 caffeine-rich gels per hour.

How to USE:

Recommended dosage is 2-3 gels per hour, which gives 60-90g of carbohydrates per hour.
The gel is easy-flowing, so you do not need to drink water in connection with intake. The gel contains all 4 major electrolytes that you lose through sweat (Sodium, Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium) in a well-balanced amount.
