SSL Certificate

Wildholics has acquired SSL certificate. SSL is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browser remain private.This binding connection is secure so that no one besides you and the website you're submitting the information to can see or access what you type into your browser. 

You'll see a little padlock icon in the URL bar. It'll show up either on the left- or right-hand side of the URL bar, depending on your browser. You can click on the padlock to read more information about the website and the company that provided the certificate.

Transaction Security

All online transaction is completed through Shopify Pay, we do not process or save your credit card information.

Yes, you can visit our store to have a look at the product physically and buy it directly in our store, the address is Room 404, Block B, Hoi Luen Industrial Centre, 55 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong

This is not mandatory. You can also shop without registration. However, you can get latest offer and news from us as a member.

The cut-off time is 10am every working day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed in the next working day.

- If there are more than one options (e.g. colour, size) , please select the options you wanted.

- When it is in stock, it will show "In stock".

- When it is out of stock, it will show "Out of stock" and the button "Add to cart" will be replaced by a form to fill in your email address. You can leave your email and there will be immediate notification to you once it is restocked.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on product weight, shipping area or shipping method and will be displayed on the checkout page prior to your payment.

1) Credit card payment

You can pay online or in store using credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).

All online transactions are processed by Shopify Pay, our company would not store your credit card information.

2) Bank transfer

You can choose to pay by money transfer through the bank. Please transfer the money to the following accounts:

After successful transfer, please email the receipt or screen capture the receipt to info@wildholics.com and be sure to include the order number in the subject of the email. We will confirm the payment and arrange method of goods collection within 24 hours upon receiving the email.

3) Cash/EPS

4) HSBC Purchasing Card

We welcome companies or government offices to purchase using HSBC Purchasing Card & Citibank Purchasing Card. For assistance, please contact our staff.

5) PayMe / Alipay HK / WeChat HK / FPS

You can also pay with PayMe, Alipay HK, Wechat HK & FPS online or in store.

For online purchase, please choose QFPay Secure Checkout 2.0 at the checkout page.

Most of products can be picked up immediately after ordering online, we will send you a pickup confirmation by email and/or SMS once it is ready for pick up.

To make it more convenient for schools, organizations or government offices to purchase products, other than through our online store, orders can be made directly through email or telephone and we would provide price enquiry and direct order in one goal.

We welcome companies or government offices to purchase using HSBC/Citibank Purchasing Card, P-CARD. For assistance, please contact our staff.

What should I do if the item I received is damaged/missing?

Please email us at info@wildholics.com within 7 days of receiving the goods and attach a photo of the problem item for us to process.

If the request is accepted, we will provide a replacement/refund.
