  • WHEN USING WITH tab. CAN STOVE
  • Place a tip dish containing 10 to 30 g of smoked chips (about 10 g with a pinch) on the bottom net of the can stove. (In the case of smoked wood, set the smoked wood on the bottom net.)
  • Arrange the ingredients in a can smoker and set them in the can stove. Add fully ignited charcoal from 3 to 5 air intakes. (In the case of smoked wood, ignite from the intake port.)
  • After confirming that there is enough smoke, close the lid. Smoke for 15 to 60 minutes according to the ingredients. If the amount of smoke decreases on the way, add charcoal.
  • WHEN USING ON A BBQ STOVE
  • Put 10 to 30 g of smoked chips (about 10 g with a pinch) in a tip plate and place it on the BBQ stove. (In the case of smoked wood, place the wood on the net and ignite it.)
  • Arrange the ingredients on the net of the can smoker and set it so that it covers the chip plate (or smoked wood).
  • Cover and smoke over charcoal for 15-50 minutes to match the ingredients. No strong firepower is required for smoking, so the charcoal left over from the BBQ is sufficient.
