    Faulty Products

    Bought 2 poles one would not stay extended due to a stuck toggle and the other one collapsed multiple times while on a hike. It was dangerous, imagine falling as it collapses while descending a steep path. The product design is faulty and should not be sold. The upside is that I took both back to their Kwun Tong store and exchanged them for other products.
