Directions
  • Unscrew the resealable cap and squeeze the gel into your mouth in stages. Reseal and crack on until you need more fuel, then repeat.
  • Use the Fuel & Hydration Planner (or the Quick Carb Calculator™ in a pinch) to understand how much fuel you need to perform at your best and see if caffeine is the right strategy for you.
  • Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of young children.
  • This product is a food supplement & should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
