    Instructions
  • 1) Place the lava rock grill plate on top of the stove
  • 2) Put oil evenly onto the plate
  • 3) Heat the rock with high flame output for 5 minutes, then change to a smaller output
  • 4) Put any food on top of the plate and start cooking, it can be meat, seafood, vegetable...
  • 5) You can place aluminium foil or container underneath the stove to prevent oil spillage
  • 6) Simply scratch away the burnt surface after use
  • 7) Clean with water, no detergents needed
