U SPORT is UMARA's pride and the base energy of the UMARA family. A sports drink based on 2 parts of fast multi-chain carbohydrates in the form of maltodextrin, as well as a part of slower carbohydrate in the form of fructose. Together, they help each other and are taken up in different ways so that your energy intake is higher with a lower risk of stomach problems.
In U SPORT there is also a balanced amount of electrolytes (sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium) with high bioavailability to compensate sweat losses and a balanced amount of BCAA (branched chain amino acids) to help keep mental fatigue at bay.
How to USE:
Consume the sports drink right from the start to deliver energy and electrolytes continuously for maintenance of performance and improved fluid absorption during your longer sessions. You can of course drink U Sport also during shorter training/competition times, but it is in the higher doses that you will really notice a difference.
- 30-60min in medium to high intensity: 30g carbs/hour (120Kcal/hour).
- 1-2h in medium to high intensity: 60g carbs/hour (240Kcal/hour).
- 2-4h in medium to high intensity: 60g carbs/hour (240Kcal/hour).
- <2h in competition to high intensity: 90g carbs/hour (360Kcal/hour).
